You don't really have to know your way around the kitchen to create homemade meals with outstanding flavor. You just need Fly by Jing's Zhong Sauce. This chili oil is slow-brewed with soy sauce, brown sugar, mushrooms, garlic, and a bunch of other spices to create a tangy, spicy, and inspiringly umami-rich hot sauce. While you can (and may want to) put it on everything, it's especially good atop dumplings or noodles, grilled meats and fish, or drizzled over roasted veggies.
