Jordana & Bobby's Black and White Wedding

Today's wedding is a throwback to our first year in business. When I was brand new, I made a list of creatives in the wedding industry that I dreamed of working with and this wedding brought a few of them together. Looking back now, I'm so full of joy because those two ladies (Galaxie and Monique!) are now women that I consider friends. What a crazy life this is that the people we look up to the most will appreaciate our work as well. And to make this day even better, Jordana and Bobby had excellent taste which ultimately led me to create a set of designs that still rank as some of my favorite of all time!

Back to the wedding!! The day was sort of...rocky. The rehearsal dinner was hosted the evening prior and the catering company had a plumbing issue so they were unable to cook the meal. So... Pizzas were ordered. Then, on the wedding day, on the way to the venue, the band's equipment FELL OFF THE BACK OF THEIR TRUCK so when we arrived to deliver the flowers, Jordana was on the phone trying to find a new band for the reception. Luckily, the rest of the day was STUNNINGGGG. The Hotel Valley Ho is a dream of a venue and the details tucked in throughout the day were full of personality.

The reception featured textured vases, black and white blooms, little dogs on the table holding table numbers, and a ton of dancing!
