Chelsea + Mike's Sky Ranch Lodge Sedona Wedding

Chelsea and Mike's wedding took place in Sedona at the sky ranch lodge with one of the best views I've ever seen. These sweet lovebirds met when Mike hired Chelsea to work in his first bar/restaurant and after working together for a month, they were certain they were soul mates. Fast forward six years to a dreamy beach proposal on vacation in Santa Monica that left them both floating on cloud nine as they began wedding planning.

Chelsea and Mike's ceremony had the most incredible view of the red rocks in the background. All the rest of her decor was kept neutral so the focus could be on the beauty in the nature around them.

We loved the fun details Chelsea and Mike peppered into their wedding day. At the entrance to the ceremony, guests were able to stop into The Foto Booth Bus and snap some photos with a whole collection of cute props. I also love that sweet lil' VW as a fun detail for portraits.

After the ceremony, guests headed in to find their seats in the beautifully lit reception space. A dreamcatcher held name cards to guide guests to their tables and brought in the perfect boho touch.

If you're torn between adding color or focusing on a neutral palette - stress no more. Recently we've seen many of our couples choose a classic color palette for their ceremony than add in more color at their reception. You get a great balance of timeless designs and more of-the-moment floral without sacrificing on either. You can do the same with a flower crown. I love that Chelsea kept her look more pared down for her ceremony and portraits then added a big flower crown to party the night away at her reception.

Pro tip: You CAN have it all. Who knew?
