Earlier this fall, we got to help celebrate Nikki and Thor’s soon-to-be baby. Nikki is the planner behind Salt Fringe Events and she pulled together a beautiful event and we were thrilled to be part of it. Scroll through for some of our favorite parts of her baby shower! The sweets from our friend over at Sift Bakehouse have us swooning!!
This week we're coming at you with part one of a special, two-part event! Last year, we worked with Kate & Bill to design their dream rehearsal dinner and wedding (we'll share all of the wedding details tomorrow!).
To kick things off, I'll tell you that we offer a select number of styling packages each year. It's an off-menu item (ya know, like animal style fries at In n' Out), but it's something we absolutely love to do.
Kate & Bill are a rad couple from New York that were planning their dream wedding weekend in Arizona. They love to travel, they have the sweetest dogs (and the occasional foster!), and their style is best described as industrial meets pottery barn. I liked them from the moment I met them and it was so fun to help create a vision that showed off their personalities for their wedding.
With many guests traveling to Arizona for the big day, Kate & Bill wanted to have a fun, fiesta inspired rehearsal dinner that really leaned into the southwestern vibes. If you're looking for a fun, themed party - your rehearsal dinner is the perfect place to do it.
To create the look, we worked with a local artist to create hundreds of hand cut paper flowers. We kept the color palette and table linens tight with ombre centerpieces so that we got the "fiesta" vibe but kept the event feeling upscale. The balloon signage fit perfectly with the lighthearted aesthetic of the event and also allowed us to personalize the decor. Scroll down for some of our favorite elements of this incredibly fun dinner!!
My sweet friend Leah of Tremaine Ranch created The Ivy Event as a way to connect with the community. After years of attending stuffy networking events that felt exclusive, Leah knew there was a better way to do it and she was so right. We got to create some fun floral arrangements for the event and I had an amazing night meeting other professionals from my community. I can't wait for the next one!

Last year we got to help set the stage for Brie Bella's baby shower and it. was. so. fun.
Check out this fun video of the day from the Bella Twins' page then scroll through to see our favorite moments from the day.
Early this year we teamed up with our friends at Tremaine Events, Standard Wax, and Teaspressa to create a super booth at The Marry Mart. We love to exercise our creativity just for fun sometimes and this was the perfect opportunity to use some new colors and go a little crazy.
We created a ceremony arch at The Farm at South Mountain complete with gorgeous rugs from the Tremaine inventory and our modern glass lanterns (available to rent for our custom and styling clients!).
We chose to do two table set-ups, one low and one high, and took advantage of the opportunity to create another mini-install on the incredible custom arbor by Tremaine. I love the way the boxed floral on the table mirrors the floral overhead on the arbor. It's also fun to see the different views of the table set-up with both the low and high tables. I would love to see this mix at a real wedding. I think in the right space it would be perfect!
We had so much fun meeting everyone at The Marry Mart and we're so excited to work with you on your wedding days!
