Owner & Creative Director
Born & raised in Phoenix, Mal has had every creative hobby in the books throughout her life. She found her home and passion in floral design and these days is mainly behind the scenes keeping the Form crew happy and the business running smoothly. You can also catch her over on Tiktok sharing design and business advice from her experiences.
Lead Event Designer
After working in wholesale, retail, and as a traveling florist for nearly 20 years, Jordan joined team Form as our lead event designer. Find him reaching things on tall shelves, chatting about botanical names of blooms, and bringing life to every party.
Event Manager & Designer
Coming to Form from an event planning background, Lauren is both a creative force AND an expert timeline-keeper/client-communicator. Find her on-site hauling in big ol' plants or behind her computer eating a homemade lunch that probably came from her garden.
General Manager
Tami has also worked in nearly every facet of the floral industry from wholesale to retail to event work including running her own business. If you've shopped with us in person, you've gotten to see Tami's warmth and kindness up close. Tami is your go-to for ordering the perfect flowers for delivery or scheduling a workshop for your crew.
