When the wonderful planners at AgenC reached out to us about creating florals for Tiffany & Co., we were absolutely stoked. Located at two of the most gorgeous sites - the Arizona Biltmore and Taliesin West, we knew Form was the right fit to flower this prestigious conference.

Starting out strong at the Biltmore, we created eye-catching arrangements for each table in the ballroom. Bells of Ireland, red and yellow pincushion protea, and burgundy yarrow made up these lively pieces to help brighten the space. We designed tall and narrow arrangements to border either side of the food station tables where we added spindly kiwi branches, echinacea pods, and cream bougainvillia. These sculptural pieces took the ballroom to a whole new level adding dimension and pops of color everywhere you look!

The neutral lobby arrangement is a total show stopper. Dried cream bougainvillia and branches made up this massive piece that not only coordinated with the vibrant conference arrangements but still kept consistent with the style of this iconic luxury hotel. We knew hotel guests would also be viewing this arrangement for the weekend, so we kept the vibe of timelessness. The cocktail area bud vases were a pared down version of the ballroom pieces. One of my favorite details of the weekend was the ikebana style coffee table arrangements. We introduced a new floral friend - the thistle - to these pieces that tied in perfectly to the overall aesthetic of Arizona and a reflection of Frank Lloyd Wright's style.

One of the biggest projects for this event was the stage installation at the Biltmore. We custom built the pots of bougainvillea that seem to be overflowing, like they are growing up onto the walls and winding its way across the stage and windows. Bougainvillea can be seen all over the Phoenix area, including on the property at the Arizona Biltmore. We created this install out of fresh foliage and individual stems of preserved bougainvillea (because it doesn’t last long in fresh mode) and I must say it was incredible!

At Taliesin West, we had the opportunity to design a stunning al fresco tablescape located in the citrus grove on site. Lemons adorned the winding tables that we accented with bright yellow blooms in bud vases and an ongoing runner of moss. It was organic and very representative of the North Scottsdale desert and Arizona citrus. To tie both locations together, we constructed a smaller version of the stage install to create an unforgettable photo moment at Taliesin West.
