Where can I ship my order?

Form Floral can ship orders to any person you love to love within the United States.

Can I ship one of your fresh flower arrangements?

Our fresh flowers are available for local delivery within 20 miles of our Phoenix studio located at 3832 east winslow ave phoenix, arizona 85040. We unfortunately can not ship our floral arrangements.

When will my order arrive?

Your order will be at your door in 2-5 business days. We are closed on Mondays, and orders placed on Mondays will not be processed until the following business day.

We currently do not offer expedited shipping.

My order arrived broken! Help! 

We will file a claim with our shipping insurance on your behalf. Please reach out to us at shop@formfloral.com within seven (7) days from the delivery date, with photos of the damaged product(s). We will replace the damaged product(s) ASAP.

My order never showed up! Help!

Please reach out to us at shop@formfloral.com within 30 days of your shipping confirmation if you suspect your order was lost in transit. Our team will try to track it down and we’ll send out a replacement if necessary.

Can I return my order?

We’re a small business and we stock our shop up with goods from other small businesses and makers. Because we aren’t Amazon (sorry Jeff!), we cannot accept returns or exchanges that arrived in good condition.

Can I cancel or adjust my order now that it’s been placed?

Unfortunately we cannot cancel an order after it has been placed. If you processed your order and need to update the shipping information (or other pertinent details to ensure it arrives safely) send us a note at shop@formfloral.com with your order number and the changes you need to make and we’re happy to accommodate. You must send address adjustments within two hours of placing your order to ensure our team can accommodate the change before shipping.
