Because we aren’t Amazon (sorry Jeff!), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that arrived in good condition.

Damaged Goods

Did the vase arrive chipped? Did the book show up torn? Let us know what’s wrong immediately upon inspecting your order.

We will file a claim with our shipping insurance on your behalf. Please reach out to us at shop@formfloral.com within seven (7) days from the delivery date, with photos of the damaged product(s). We will replace the damaged product(s) ASAP.

 

Help! My flowers died after less than a day!

We hate to see it but sadly, sometimes it’s a bad side effect of fresh flowers in our hot, hot, hot state. Email pictures of your arrangement to us at shop@formfloral.com within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll send a replacement arrangement to you. 

We guarantee our arrangements for 48 hours from first attempted delivery or pickup. We use the highest quality blooms and we stand by them, but Mother Nature does what she wants. Sometimes that means we just get a bundle of flowers that don't last like they should.
