Malori was our wedding florist, and I do not have enough nice things to say about her! From start to finish, she was collaborative, understood my vision, and worked with us on budget as well. Not only did we love her for our wedding, but she has done a ton of bouquets for us since! All have been absolutely stunning.

Form Floral made me the dreamiest wedding bouquet (and floral spray, boutonnières, floral hair puns for the bridal party, AND the most perfect hair piece for after I took off my veil.) Malori was able to make me a vision board (huge relief when she took that off my plate) and then executed BEYOND what I could have hoped for. I got so many compliments, and our photographers even used photos of the bouquet to make phone backgrounds! The team is super responsive, super professional, and I could not imagine having anyone else do my flowers. I hardly needed any other decor because the flowers stole the show! Highly recommend!

All communication was informative and timely; something this planner bride really appreciated. You will feel heard, you’re able to make requests for specific blooms during the design process, but you really want to let them do their thing. You won’t be disappointed. Our floral touches were one of the most complimented elements of our wedding. No doubt due to the masterful stylings of Malori and her team.

Malori and her team are by far the greatest floral artists in the city of Phoenix, this decision should be a NO BRAINER fro any bride. The work they do is epic and absolutely breath-taking! To point...on the day before my wedding, our bakery requested 3-times the number of flowers for the decoration of our wedding cake. You can imagine panic! Without question or hesitation, Malori was on it! She had more flowers ready for us to pick up in just an hour & saved the day. The day of our wedding I cried after seeing my bouquet...it was everything and more than I could have imagined. Malori is a floral goddess. Her team worked with us to produce incredible floral arrangements all while staying within our budget. I was hesitant about choosing the a la carte package but after talking through our vision for our day, Malori reassured us that this option was the best for us!
